Testing in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance
The Drinking Water Ordinance stipulates the intervals at which water suppliers must analyze certain parameters.
The tests must be carried out by a so-called “qualified sampler.”
Sometimes you can “unexpectedly” become a water supplier, e.g., if you are a landlord and provide water/drinking water in a rented apartment, garage, office, etc. provides water/drinking water. A water supplier within the meaning of the Drinking Water Ordinance is also a self-supplier, even if they only drink their own water or share it with their own relatives. The Drinking Water Ordinance also applies to them.
But it is important to note that the scope of testing is not the same for every water supplier; it varies according to requirements. If you would like to know what scope of testing is appropriate for you, please give us a call.
For drinking water analyses, we will provide you with a written report in addition to the laboratory findings, which evaluates and weights the laboratory results and presents them in words. We also determine the representative sampling points.

Routine Examinations
The scope and frequency of routine inspections are specified in Appendix 3 of the TrinkwV[german drinking water regulation] in Part I a) and Part II. In principle, there are a few parameters that only need to be checked under certain conditions. This is also stated in the footnotes to the respective parameters in the TrinkwV. Whether these conditions apply to you- i.e., whether you also have to record these parameters - can be clarified by presenting the analysis results recorded regularly up to that point and, if necessary, during an on-site visit. At the latest when the samples are taken on site, it will be clear which parameters are to be recorded.

Specialized - targeted Examinations
You have health problems or the water smells bad, is discolored, takes forever to heat up, or the cold water is completely warm even after running for a long time...
Or you simply don't want to drink your drinking water anymore, even if you have no explanation for it...
Then we recommend that you contact us and get to the bottom of the matter.
Perhaps we can dispel all your fears and concerns during our conversation. However, there may also be serious problems and system errors that need to be fixed urgently. We will clarify the situation and check whether the quality of the drinking water meets the requirements of the Drinking Water Ordinance, and of course we will also tell you what needs to be done to get everything up and running again.

Comprehensive Investigations
Comprehensive tests are specified in terms of their scope and frequency in Appendix 3 of the TrinkwV[german drinking water regulation] in Part I b) and Part II. However, the scope can also be changed if this is reasonable and justifiable. We would be happy to review the situation and provide a statement for the health department. Particularly with regard to the type and scope of pesticide analyses - which are extremely expensive compared to the other parameters - it is important to carefully review and individually adapt the frequency and scope to the water supply. Troubleshooting
when Limit Values
are Exceeded
There is a problem. It has already been identified, but now we need good advice on how to solve it. It should be cost-effective, require as little effort as possible, and produce clean water. Oh, and from an energy perspective, the solution should not be an “energy guzzler,” of course.
We take a close look at the situation, prepare a report describing and evaluating the problem, and, of course, list possible solutions. Often, however, you don't even know where this limit value exceedance is coming from. In such cases, a test plan often has to be drawn up first to find the cause of the problem. This is our “favorite job” because it allows us to show what we are capable of. Often, samples are taken senselessly and without rhyme or reason, without having worked out a “test setup.” That's a waste of money. But be careful - we often involve our customers in the process!
