Risk Analysis - Which Expert Is Competent?

How can one actually distinguish a good expert from a bad one? As in all professions, this is the first problem you have to solve: finding a good expert.
If that were easy for you, you wouldn't need one.
Especially in our industry are good references very hard to find, because no one wants to share their drinking water problems publicly. But I have two criteria which you can use.
Otherwise, just ask for references. I'm also willing to ask my existing customers on behalf of a potential customer whether a phone call would be possible. It's a different matter if I let a new customer with a similar situation speak to an existing customer. Here, everyone knows that everyone else has a problem.
