Water treatment that destroys the biocoenosis naturally present in groundwater may only be carried out if the causes of poor drinking water quality cannot be remedied, or can only be remedied at unreasonable financial expense.

Our primary aim is not to present you with any kind of treatment process in order to “promote” it, so to speak, but rather to advise against it wherever possible and encourage you to investigate the causes of the quality problems and remedy them if possible. Only if this is not possible should processing be considered. Processing costs money and requires maintenance – if it can be avoided, that is always the better solution.
